PacBio, a leader in sequencing solutions, has announced that EpiCypher has joined the PacBio Compatible program, further strengthening its network of collaborators in genomic research.

Through this partnership, EpiCypher’s CUTANA Hia5 enzyme will now be available for use with Fiber-seq assays on PacBio HiFi sequencing systems. This integration offers researchers an advanced method to study chromatin biology at single-molecule resolution, opening new opportunities for exploring epigenetic regulation and genome function.

Enhancing Epigenetics Research

The addition of EpiCypher’s CUTANA Hia5 enzyme to PacBio’s ecosystem is expected to accelerate discoveries in chromatin structure and function. By combining PacBio’s long-read sequencing with EpiCypher’s specialized tools, scientists can gain a clearer understanding of epigenetic mechanisms.

Strengthening Research Collaborations

The move highlights PacBio’s ongoing efforts to build a comprehensive network of compatible technologies. By partnering with companies like EpiCypher, PacBio is creating an integrated research environment designed to provide scientists with high-resolution tools for complex biological questions.
