AHG’s expertise in healthcare transportation and distribution complements UPS’s existing infrastructure, enabling the company to handle sensitive, high-value medical shipments with greater precision and efficiency.

Commitment to Quality and Patient Outcomes

Kate Gutmann, EVP and President of International, Healthcare and Supply Chain Solutions at UPS, said, “We are relentlessly focused on quality, improving patient outcomes, and advancing healthcare delivery. The integration of AHG’s talented team and specialized capabilities will allow us to deliver industry-leading services built on quality, precision, and speed.” The acquisition aligns with UPS’s strategy to expand its healthcare division globally and strengthen its position in next-generation medical supply chain management.
